This online presentation explores how visual aids such as posters, banners and slogans were used as tools of protest as seen through the photographic lens of Aron Mazel. These visual messages helped raise awareness and galvanised solidarity during the struggle against apartheid in Pietermaritzburg and its surrounding areas.
