
A powerful moment of learning, history, and connection as the KwaZulu-Natal Museum welcomed Dr. Jean Bailey and her team, all the way from the USA!

The collective, who are responsible for the ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฝ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
exhibition, an exhibition that explores the solidarity between African Americans and black South Africans over the last 150 years with a focus on the apartheid period, visited the Museum with Ohlange High School over the weekend.
As part of their visit, the group hosted an inspiring activity session with Grade 11 and 12 History learners from Ohlange High School. These activities were based on the three major themes of the exhibition, 1. ๐๐ซ๐๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ : ๐โ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐, 2. ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ ๐จ๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ: ๐๐๐๐๐ -๐ด๐ก๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐กโ๐ ๐ต๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ and 3. ๐๐ฏ๐๐ง๐ฎ๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฆ: ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐๐ , ๐๐๐๐๐ก & ๐ถ๐ข๐๐ก๐ข๐๐
