WORKING FROM HOME DURING THE LOCKDOWN 

Dr Ghilraen Laue, a Curator from our Human Sciences Department, shares her #lockdown experience with us:

For the past two and a half weeks I have been in lockdown with my three children and pet dog, budgie, snake and rabbit. The time has been strange and surreal. At the start, I realized that it was important to have a daily routine and to have a place where I could do my work and the kids their schoolwork. I am lucky to be in a position where I can do much of my work from home. I miss my reference books and the museum library, but at least I have a good internet connection and I am able to access online many of the papers I need for my research.
